
All LADIES and MEN’S teams will be selected from players who have appended their name to the match lists.
All match sheets will be displayed in good time on the relevant notice boards.
The only exception to the above will be the club entered competitions where the selected players will also be published in good time on the relevant notice boards.
Any member who has not ticked their name TWO days prior to the start of a match is to be regarded as not available and will be substituted by a reserve member.
Members selected to play must pay a full match fee on reporting to play at least 15 minutes before the start of a match.

Members selected who are unable to play must notify the office immediately.
If you are unable to play on the morning of a match every endeavour must be made to inform the office by 9 a.m.
During severe weather, members selected for a match must telephone the office 01424 733354 to ascertain if the match has been cancelled.
Members will not be informed individually.
