 Please read this before entering or agreeing to play in any competition.

The information on all entry forms will be retained on a computer which is not linked to the internet or any Wi-Fi system.

The computer and data have individual passwords only given to the management on a need to know basis.

The data may be used for Ltd Company and Club use only.

Safeguards are in place to preserve the data for correct disposal after use.

No third parties will have any access to the data base including all governing bodies of the sport of bowls.

The data will never be used for the financial gain of the Company, or any Club advertiser – future sponsors of the Club.
