As a Member or Guest of EPIBC you are allowing your likeness to be taken by any management or officer of the Club, it will be assumed unless the Club is informed otherwise in writing that these images may be used for the purpose of advertising the success of that individual, team or the Club on the Club’s premises, in the media or on our website.
