Well done to all who played, it was close right until the end but the reigning champions were team I, made up of Harold Nutting in lead, Lorraine Murphy as number 2 and her husband Jim as skip. Special thanks to Ann’s daughter, Leanne for coming down and presenting the winners with the Trophy.

Egerton welcomed local rivals Eastbourne to the Park on Saturday 5th October. Eastbourne had difficulty fielding a full side for this fixture, which resulted in Triples being played on only four rinks.
Eastbourne started slightly stronger of the two sides and by the half time break they were leading 22-24. After the break Eastbourne enhanced their lead and came out worthy winners 49-65 by winning three of the four rinks.
